近年来,成都市规划管理局党组扎扎实实加强干部队伍建设,通过培养引进,加快了干部知识结构的改善,使一批懂技术、会管理的年轻干部走上了各级领导岗位。全局系统思想建设、业务建设和服务水平、办事效率出现了一个崭新的面貌。成都市规划局党组主要做了以下工作: 一、实行轮岗制度,全面锻炼考察干部,培养了一批综合性的管理人才。近几年先后进行了10余批次轮岗,轮岗人数占干部总数
In recent years, the party committee of the Chengdu Planning Administration has solidly strengthened the building of the cadre ranks.
