经营定位决定管理定位,管理既要跟上经营的发展步伐,又不能超越经营的速度。前段时间我有幸听了著名的管理学专家陈春花教授的一堂管理基础培训课,对我这个一直从事管理实践的人来讲,收获很大,感触良多。比如企业的基础管理到底是什么?领导者和管理者的角色应如何扮演?经营和管理的关系又是如何?等等。 Management positioning determines management positioning.
