历来,照相乳剂的制备方法主要有:把硝酸银加入含卤盐的明胶水溶液中,生成卤化银沉淀的方法,或先将硝酸银溶液加到明胶溶液再加卤盐的方法,及将卤化物溶液和硝酸银溶液同时添加的所谓双注法。用双注法制备的卤化银结晶粒度分布小,结晶形状单一,但对pAg值的控制要求极为严格。而添加溶液的时间也需要很长。实用上除非有特殊的用途,一般不需要用双注法制备那样小粒度分布的乳剂。本文介绍一个较为简单的方法,以制备粒度分布小,形状单一的照相乳剂。其方法是,在物理成熟完成前,添加如通式所示的3-硫酮-1,2,4-三氮杂茂衍生物。
