如何解决建筑企业在多个项目中资源利用率和配置效率低下的问题,是施工方项目管理的一大难题。本文根据多项目工程施工特点,建立了多项目并行施工时的资源均衡优化模型。为了提高遗传算法对多项目资源配置问题求解的性能,本文对遗传算法进行了改进,并以某公司3个并行施工的工程项目为例,根据工程施工初始网络计划的资源需求,运用改进遗传算法(IGA)和遗传算法(GA)计算多项目的资源配置方差。结果表明,改进遗传算法可使资源配置达到更好的优化状态,并能得到各个项目非关键线路上工序的最佳开工时间,为建筑施工企业提供了具有实践价值的技术手段。
How to solve the problem of inefficient utilization of resources and disposition efficiency of construction enterprises in many projects is one of the major problems in construction project management. Based on the characteristics of multi-project construction, this paper established a resource balance optimization model for multi-project parallel construction. In order to improve the performance of Genetic Algorithm (GA) solving multi-project resource allocation problem, this paper improves genetic algorithm. Taking a project with three parallel projects in a company as an example, according to the resource requirements of initial network planning of project construction, (IGA) and genetic algorithm (GA) to calculate the resource allocation variance of multi-project. The results show that the improved genetic algorithm can achieve a better optimal allocation of resources and get the best starting time of the processes on the non-critical lines of each project, providing the construction enterprises with practical technical means.
