提高轧钢生产水平,首先必须正确地了解轧钢设备在不同生产工艺条件下的负荷情况。表示轧机负荷的是轧机的三大参数,即轧制压力、传动扭矩及主电机功率,其中以轧制压力为主。目前有不少学者作了许多研究工作,也发表了一些理论和经验公式,但就其计算结果来看,往往反映不了轧机在生产中的真正负荷值,更反映不出轧机在生产过程中各种力、能参数与工艺参数相互影响的规律,因而,正确可靠的确定轧机实际负荷值的办法,是对轧机在生产过程中进行动载负荷的综合测定,也就是现场测压。
