目的探讨将优质护理应用在脑血栓患者中的效果。方法将本院在2015年-2016年收治的脑血栓患者共计200例作为研究资料,将患者随机分为两组:护理组与对照组,每组患者有100例。护理组患者应用优质护理进行干预,对照组应用常规的护理方法进行干预,将两组患者的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果和对照组进行比较,护理组患者的康复效果更好,两组比较,有显著的统计学差异,(P<0.05)。结论在脑血栓患者的护理中应用优质护理措施,能够取得较好的临床治疗效果,显著地提升患者的预后和生活质量,是值得在临床上推广应用的。
Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the research materials. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: nursing group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the nursing group were treated with high-quality nursing intervention. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the rehabilitation of patients in the nursing group was better. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of quality nursing care in patients with cerebral thrombosis, which can achieve better clinical treatment effect and significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
