我国重要的粮食产出地的分布与黄河密切相关。而位于黄河流域下半部分的华北平原等地区受季风气候影响,全年降水分布不均。农耕活动密集时期的降水量无法满足农业需求,因此,流经此地的黄河水在农田水利灌溉中起了很大作用。然而,在这些地区中,或囿于技术经济原因,或受落后观念影响,灌溉的效率往往难以得到充分保障,从而成为当地经济发展过程中的短板。在引黄灌区中,通过充分提高技术,完善设施,更新人们观念,有利于提高农业发展水平,从而为当地的经济发展提供有效助力。
The distribution of China’s important grain producing places is closely related to the Yellow River. In the lower part of the Yellow River Basin, the North China Plain and other regions are affected by the monsoon climate, with uneven distribution of precipitation throughout the year. Therefore, the Yellow River water flowing through here has played a significant role in the irrigation of farmland. However, in these areas, either because of technical and economic reasons or the impact of backwardness, the efficiency of irrigation is often not adequately protected, making it a shortfall in the development of the local economy. In the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation District, by fully improving technology, improving facilities and updating people’s concept, it is beneficial to raise the level of agricultural development so as to provide effective assistance to local economic development.
