依据决策理论与国内外相关研究将教师参与程度由浅入深分为不参与决策、知道详情、参与提供意见、参与设计方案和参与方案决定5个层次,将教师参与的内容分为行政、教务、总务3个领域,将参与状态分为“实际参与”和“期望参与”两种水平,设计出中小学教师参与学校决策的调查问卷.统计结果显示,问卷的结构、效度、信度均达到了较为理想的水平.
Based on the theory of decision-making and relevant research at home and abroad, the level of teacher participation is divided into five levels according to the level of participation in decision-making, knowing details, participating in providing opinions, participating in designing programs and participating in program decisions. The content of teacher participation is divided into administrative, General Affairs 3 areas, the participation status is divided into two levels of “actual participation” and “expected participation” to design a questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers participating in school decision-making.Results show that the structure, validity, Reliability have reached a more satisfactory level.
