目的分析整合素在神经系统损伤及其修复过程中的作用和可能机制。方法查阅近年有关整合素在神经系统损伤及其修复中作用的相关文献,并作进一步综合分析。结果整合素及相关信号通路参与了神经系统损伤,尤其是缺氧缺血性神经系统损伤及其修复过程。结论通过干预整合素相关信号对于治疗神经系统损伤,尤其是缺氧缺血性神经系统损伤具有良好的应用价值和发展前景。
Objective To analyze the role and possible mechanism of integrin in the process of nervous system injury and its repair. Methods Refer to the related literatures on the role of integrin in the nervous system injury and its repair in recent years, and make further comprehensive analysis. Results Integrins and related signaling pathways involved in nervous system injury, especially hypoxic-ischemic nervous system injury and repair process. Conclusions Interference of integrin-related signals has good application value and development prospect for the treatment of nervous system injury, especially for hypoxic-ischemic neurological injury.
