随着国民经济的发展,各业用水不断增加,愈来愈多的河流受各种引、蓄水工程的控制和调节,不仅使水量减少,而且在时程分配上也发生了变化。从黑龙江省近年用水量情况上看,每年各业需水量约150亿m3,其中农业需水量占70%,工业需水量(合居民、牧育用水)占10/左右。面对这样一个比例数字,调查清楚各项用水量及其动态变化已成当务之急,从而为科学、合理开发利用水资源,科学规划经济发展战略提供决策依据。
With the development of the national economy, the water consumption of various industries is constantly increasing. More and more rivers are controlled and regulated by various lead and water storage projects, which not only reduce the amount of water but also change the time distribution. In terms of water consumption in Heilongjiang Province in recent years, the annual water demand of each industry is about 15 billion m3, of which agricultural water demand accounts for 70% and industrial water demand (combined residents and pasturing water) accounts for about 10%. Faced with such a figure, it is imperative to investigate the water consumption and its dynamics so that scientific and rational development and utilization of water resources and the scientific planning of economic development strategies can be provided.
