为了保证数控加工的工作效率,本文对工业机器人上下料技术及数控车床加工技术组合应用进行的研究。对GSK机器人和980T数控机床的特点进行分析,根据实践调查,对机器人的上下料结构、机器人与数控车床的通讯以及运动轨迹等进行设计。保证机器人能够和数控车床进行良好的协作,提高加工过程中的自动化和智能化程度。
In order to ensure the working efficiency of NC machining, this paper researches on the application of industrial robots loading and unloading technology and CNC lathe machining technology combination. The characteristics of GSK robot and 980T CNC machine tool are analyzed. According to the practical investigation, the design of robot’s loading and unloading structure, communication between robots and CNC lathe, and motion trajectory are designed. Ensure robots can cooperate well with CNC lathe and improve the degree of automation and intelligence in the process.
