人员流失率是保安队伍建设中的一个老大难问题,一来会造成公司管理不便,二来频繁的更换岗点保安员,对用人单位造成了较大的安全隐患。究其原因,部分上岗不久就辞职的保安员认为自己所从事的职业社会声誉差,得不到别人的尊重。在此我们不禁要问,为什么有的人从事保安工作十余年?
Personnel turnover rate is a long-standing problem in the construction of the security team, which in turn causes inconvenient management of the company.
