新中国成立之初,各项建设任务繁重而专业人才有限,由此催生了非常规培养人才的独特模式。地质队在培养人才方面的成就十分突出,如地质部直属的321地质队,在建队之初的几年时间里,不但完成了国家的重点勘探任务,保障了经济建设的需要,同时在培养地质技术工人、技术员与地质研究人才方面发挥了重要作用。考察分析321地质队这一时期的人员配置情况及其在培养练习生、高校毕业生的野外实践能力和科学研究能力方面的机制与成效,有利于总结这类人才培养模式的利弊得失。
At the beginning of the founding of New China, the various construction tasks were heavy and the number of professionals was limited, which gave birth to the unique model of unconventional personnel training. The achievements made by the geological team in cultivating talents are very outstanding. For example, the 321 geological team directly under the Ministry of Geology has not only completed the key exploration tasks of the country during the first few years of establishing the PLA, but also ensured the need of economic construction. At the same time, Geotechnical workers, technicians and geological research talent has played an important role. It is helpful to summarize the pros and cons of this kind of personnel training mode by investigating and analyzing the staffing situation and the mechanism and effectiveness of the 321 geological team during the period of cultivating trainees and university graduates’ field practical ability and scientific research ability.
