目的:检测NMDA受体拮抗剂DL2amino5phosphonovalericacid(APV)对福尔马林诱导的大鼠伤害性行为反应的镇痛效应。
Objective: To detect the analgesic effect of NMDA receptor antagonist DL2aminophosphonovalericacid (APV) on nociceptive behavior induced by formalin in rats. METHODS: Sc-induced formalin-induced chemical damage was induced in the left toe of rats and the drug was introduced into the subarachnoid space to observe the inhibitory effect on this behavioral response. Results: APV dose-dependently inhibited formalin-induced persistent nociceptive behavior and had time-dependent characteristics. APV also inhibited reflexive shrunken reaction but had no time-effect characteristics. CONCLUSION: NMDA receptors play an important role in the process of spinal allotransmission and pain response. However, whether NMDA receptor antagonist APV has a direct analgesic effect needs further analysis.
