目的研究一种化学与植物提取物复合消毒液相关性能,为消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用理化分析和定量杀菌试验及动物试验方法,对该消毒液的消毒相关性能进行试验观察。结果该消毒液以植物提取物与丙醇类组成,原液p H值为8.25。以该消毒液原液作用0.5 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。用该消毒液原液对手和皮肤擦拭消毒作用1.0 min,对自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.0。该消毒液急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重);完整皮肤和黏膜以及破损皮肤刺激性试验评分均为0;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性;亚急性经口毒性试验对大鼠最大未观察到有害作用的剂量为1 000 mg/kg·bw。结论该消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有快速杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,无致突变作用,对皮肤黏膜均无刺激性。
Objective To study a kind of chemical and plant extracts compound disinfectant related performance, provide a scientific basis for disinfection applications. Methods The physical and chemical analysis, quantitative germicidal test and animal test methods were used to observe the disinfection performance of the disinfectant. Results The disinfectant consisted of plant extracts and propanols with a pH value of 8.25. The killing logarithm of S. aureus, E. aeruginosa and Escherichia coli were all> 5.00 with the disinfectant solution for 0.5 min. The kill logarithm against C. albicans was> 4.00. With the disinfectant solution and skin wipe disinfection 1.0 min, the killing of natural bacteria logarithmic values were> 1.0. The disinfectant acute oral toxicity LD50> 5000 mg / kg (body weight); complete skin and mucous membranes and damaged skin irritation test scores were 0; mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative; subacute Oral toxicity test in rats maximum observed no harmful effect of the dose of 1 000 mg / kg bw. Conclusion The disinfectant has a rapid killing effect on bacterial and fungal pathogens. It belongs to the actual non-toxic substances and has no mutagenic effect. It has no irritation to the skin and mucous membranes.
