目的探讨E-钙粘素在复发性流产者妊娠早期的表达及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取我院收治的妊娠早期复发性流产妇女60例作为观察组,同期收治的正常早孕行人工流产术者60例作为对照组,2组均采取免疫组织化学与聚合酶链式反应法检测妊娠早期E-钙粘素的表达水平及HPV-DNA,并采用χ2检验进行组间比较。结果观察组E-钙粘素表达“-”40.00%,“+”26.67%,“++”23.33%,“+++”10.00%,与对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.386,P<0.01)。观察组HPV检出率30.00%,对照组为10.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.500,P=0.006)。观察组HPV阳性者E-钙粘素的表达率(22.22%)低于HPV阴性者(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.291,P=0.006)。结论 E-钙粘素的异常表达与复发性流产有关,HPV可能参与了这一过程。 Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin in early pregnancy of recurrent spontaneous abortion and its relationship with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods Sixty cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital were selected as the observation group and 60 cases of induced abortions were treated as normal control group in the same period.The two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction Early E-cadherin expression levels and HPV-DNA were compared between groups using the χ 2 test. Results In the observation group, the expression of E-cadherin was 40.00%, 26.67% in “+ ”, 23.33% in “++”, and “10.00%” in “+++” Significance (χ2 = 37.386, P <0.01). The detection rate of HPV was 30.00% in the observation group and 10.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.500, P = 0.006). The positive rate of E-cadherin in observation group was lower than that in HPV negative group (22.22%) (76.19%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 15.291, P = 0.006). Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin is associated with recurrent spontaneous abortion, and HPV may be involved in this process.
