为适应水闸交通桥健康修复工作,我院自行设计和制作了一种折叠式的活动工作平台。利用该活动工作平台对蚌埠闸枢纽分洪道桥的主肋混凝土内部钢筋进行了动态腐蚀监测。结果表明,现阶段分洪道交通桥第九孔下游侧第2#拱肋混凝土工作性状良好,受力主筋未受侵蚀。该活动检测平台现场安装简易,移动方便,减少了很多繁琐的前期准备工作,为检测人员提供了从桥面走下桥孔、到达检测区域的安全通道和理想的工作条件。
To meet the sluice traffic bridge health restoration work, our hospital designed and produced a folding work platform. Using this working platform, dynamic corrosion monitoring was carried out on the internal reinforcement of the main rib concrete in the flood diversion bridge of Bengbu Junction. The results show that at the present stage, the performance of the 2 # arch rib concrete on the downstream side of No. 9 hole in the traffic diversion bridge is good, and the main reinforcement is not eroded. The activity detection platform is easy to install on site, easy to move, and reduces a lot of tedious preparatory work. It provides inspectors with safe access and ideal working conditions for descending the bridge deck, reaching the detection area.
