本文以我国城市交通协管员为研究对象,分析了交通协管员队伍的概况,在肯定这个队伍出现的积极意义的同时,也暴露出对其管理过程中存在的主要问题。因此,提出要从加大录用考核力度、加强对政府雇佣协管员的有效监督、规范政府行为、加强教育培训和加大执勤中的安全保护等方面着手,实现对城市交通协管员管理中存在问题的有效解决。 This article takes the urban traffic coordinators in our country as the research object and analyzes the general situation of the traffic coordinators.
