本文以我国城市交通协管员为研究对象,分析了交通协管员队伍的概况,在肯定这个队伍出现的积极意义的同时,也暴露出对其管理过程中存在的主要问题。因此,提出要从加大录用考核力度、加强对政府雇佣协管员的有效监督、规范政府行为、加强教育培训和加大执勤中的安全保护等方面着手,实现对城市交通协管员管理中存在问题的有效解决。
This article takes the urban traffic coordinators in our country as the research object and analyzes the general situation of the traffic coordinators. While affirming the positive significance of this team, it also reveals the main problems in its management. Therefore, it is proposed that we should start from the aspects of enlarging recruitment examination, strengthening the effective supervision of the government hired coordinators, regulating the government behavior, strengthening the education and training and increasing the security protection during the duty, There is an effective solution to the problem.
