用低浓度烧结活化剂处理两种钨粉来进行低温强化烧结。试验着重于测定有关工艺对材料性能,如烧结密度、晶粒度、硬度和强度的影响,试验参数包括:钨粉粒度、活化剂种类和用量,压制压力及烧结温度。试验发现烧结密度对强度和硬度有决定性影响。以其对密度的影响来分析各种工艺参数。在高的烧结密度情况下,晶粒长大则降低强度。还有,烧结活化剂的种类影响断裂强度。本研究中,用0.7μm钨粉添加0.29w/0镍,在1200℃下烧结1小时,强度最高。其烧结密度为18.21克/厘米~3,硬度R_A为69,横向断裂强度460MPa.
Two kinds of tungsten powder were treated with low concentration sintering activator for low temperature strengthening sintering. The test focuses on the determination of the effect of the process on the material properties such as the sintering density, grain size, hardness and strength. The test parameters include the particle size of the tungsten powder, the type and amount of activator, the pressing pressure and the sintering temperature. It has been found that the sintering density has a decisive influence on the strength and the hardness. With its impact on density to analyze a variety of process parameters. At high sintering densities, grain growth reduces strength. Also, the type of sintering activator affects the breaking strength. In this study, 0.29w / 0 nickel was added with 0.7μm tungsten powder and sintered at 1200 ℃ for 1 hour, the highest strength. The sintered density of 18.21 g / cm ~ 3, hardness R_A of 69, the transverse rupture strength of 460MPa.
