通过试验发现,侧链M=2400和2800摩尔比例为2:1时,制备减水剂PC-21达到最佳减水效果。本研究分别选择聚乙二醇、丙烯酸类聚合物、小分子络合物和阳离子型聚合物作为牺牲剂。试验发现,随着牺牲剂掺量的提高,其辅助减水效果会提高。四类牺牲剂的抗泥能力大小为:阳离子型聚合物≈有机膦酸类小分子络合物>有机羧酸类小分子络合物>丙烯酸类聚合物>聚乙二醇。将PC-21与EDTMPA和CS进行混凝土试验,EDTMPA和CS的掺入可有效减少聚羧酸减水剂的掺量,其抗粘土效果较明显。
It was found through experiments that when the side chain M = 2400 and the molar ratio of 2800 was 2: 1, the superplasticizer PC-21 was prepared to achieve the best water-reducing effect. In this study, polyethylene glycol, acrylic polymers, small molecule complexes and cationic polymers were selected as sacrificial agents. The test found that with the increase of the amount of sacrificial agent, its auxiliary water-reducing effect will increase. Anti-mud capacity of the four types of sacrificial agents are: cationic polymer ≈ organic phosphonic small molecule complexes> organic carboxylic acid small molecule complexes> acrylic polymer> polyethylene glycol. PC-21 and EDTMPA and CS concrete test, EDTMPA and CS incorporation can effectively reduce the amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the anti-clay effect is obvious.
