目的 探讨次声作用于大鼠后 ,大脑皮层神经元型一氧化氮合酶 (n NOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)表达的变化 .方法 雄性 SD大鼠放入次声舱 ,经 8Hz,12 0 d B作用2 h,每日 1次 ,分别于 1,7和 14d处死动物 ,取大脑皮层提取总 RNA进行 RT- PCR,以未经次声作用的作为对照 ,检测n NOS和 i NOS m RNA表达的变化 .结果 次声连续作用 7,14d后 ,n NOS m RNA表达明显降低 ,次声作用 1d后 ,i N-OS开始表达 ,7d后仍有表达 .14d后未见表达 .结论 次声作用于大脑皮层后 n NOS m RNA表达降低 ,次声可诱导 i-NOS m RNA的表达 .
Objective To investigate the changes of expression of nNOS and iNOS after infrasound in rats.Methods Male SD rats were placed in the sonobit The animals were sacrificed on days 1, 7 and 14, respectively. The total RNA was extracted from the cerebral cortex for RT-PCR. The infrasound NOS and iNOS m RNA were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of nNOS m RNA was significantly decreased after infrasound continued for 7 and 14 days.I N-OS began to express after 1 day after infrasound, and remained unchanged after 7 days See expression.Conclusion The expression of nNOS mRNA decreases after infrasound in the cerebral cortex, infrasound can induce the expression of i-NOS m RNA.
