目的对九江市首例人感染H7N9禽流感患者进行实验室检测分析,为禽流感疫情的判定及制定防控措施提供依据。方法提取患者标本、活禽交易市场环境标本的病毒核酸,用荧光定量PCR方法检测甲型、乙型流感病毒核酸片段、季节性流感(包括H1N1、H3N2)、甲型H1N1、禽流感病毒H9、H7和H5核酸片段。结果乙型流感、季节性流感(包括H1N1、H3N2)、甲型H1N1流感、H9和H5高致病性禽流感扩增结果均为阴性;甲型流感通用引物和H7N9亚型流感病毒扩增结果均为阳性。活禽交易市场外环境标本中检出1份H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。结论在日常流感样病例监测中要关注非常见流感病毒型别的监测,为研判我国流感的流行趋势提供依据。
Objective To detect and analyze the first case of H7N9 bird flu in Jiujiang City to provide the basis for the judgment of the outbreak of bird flu and its prevention and control measures. Methods The viral nucleic acids were extracted from the specimens of patients and the live poultry market. Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the nucleic acid fragments of influenza A and B, seasonal influenza (including H1N1 and H3N2), H1N1, H9, H7 and H5 nucleic acid fragments. Results The amplification results of Influenza B, seasonal influenza (including H1N1, H3N2), Influenza A (H1N1), H9 and H5 were all negative. The amplified results of Influenza A and H7N9 influenza viruses Are positive. 1 H7N9 avian influenza virus was detected positive in the environmental samples of live poultry exchanges. Conclusion In the monitoring of daily flu-like cases, we should pay attention to the monitoring of unusual influenza virus types and provide basis for judging the epidemic trend of influenza in our country.
