随着改革开放力度的日渐深入,电力市场逐步从传统的计划经济体制朝着市场经济逐渐转变,已成功迈入了过渡时期。新世纪以来,供电企业逐步实现了以市场需求为导向的经营方式,实现了以电力营销为核心的工作要求和内容模式,这为电力企业的营业管理提出了更高要求与标准。本文就目前电力企业用电营业管理现状进行了分析与探讨,并提出了相关的完善与优化措施,以供相关工作人员参考借鉴。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, the electricity market has gradually shifted from the traditional planned economy toward a market economy and has successfully entered the transitional period. Since the beginning of the new century, the power supply enterprises have gradually realized the operation mode guided by the market demand, and realized the work requirements and content modes centered on power marketing. This put forward higher requirements and standards for the operation and management of power enterprises. In this paper, the status quo of electricity business management in power enterprises is analyzed and discussed, and the related perfection and optimization measures are put forward for the reference of relevant staffs.
