目的本文主要是探讨家长在参与儿童的保健中对于健康教育的效果分析和评价,从而通过进一步的分析来科学合理的提高儿童的保健效果和水平,为儿童保健的进一步完善提供依据。方法在城市中随机选取一个社区中的200名婴儿进行调查,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组100名。B组作为对照组,对A组的儿童家长采取一对一咨询,发放宣传册等形式进行支持。结果通过6个月的对比,对健康教育的结果进行分析发现,通过咨询和宣传教育的A组儿童父母对于保健知识能够很好地掌握,通过与B组的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论由此可见儿童的父母通各种形式学习儿童保健知识对于提高儿童的健康教育具有显著的效果。
Purpose This paper mainly explores the effect analysis and evaluation of parents on health education in the participation of children’s health care so as to scientifically and reasonably improve the children’s health care effectiveness and level through further analysis and provide the basis for further improvement of child health care. Methods A total of 200 infants in a community were randomly selected from the cities for investigation, and randomly divided into two groups A and B, with 100 in each group. Group B served as a control group, and group A children’s parents took one-on-one consultation and distributed brochures to support them. Results Six months’ comparisons of the results of health education found that parents of Group A children who passed counseling and publicity education had a good grasp of health knowledge, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of Group B (P < 0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion It can be seen from this that children’s parents have a significant effect on improving their children’s health education through various forms of knowledge of children’s health care.
