本文证实细胞微管聚会抑制剂秋水仙碱、长春花碱、长春新碱等均可明显抑制脂多糖刺激的大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。微管解聚抑制剂重水与Taxol亦可使TNF-α产生轻度减少,提示微管的聚合与解聚对TNF-α的正常产生都非常重要,其中聚合功能对TNF-α合成的调节尤其重要。此外,微丝聚合抑制剂细胞松弛素B亦可轻度抑制TNF-α的产生,说明微丝亦参与对TNF-α合成的调节。
This study confirmed that the colchicine-inhibitor of cell colchicine, vinblastine, vincristine and other can significantly inhibit lipopolysaccharide-stimulated rat peritoneal macrophages synthesis of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Microtubule depolymerization inhibitor heavy water and Taxol can also make a slight reduction of TNF-α, suggesting that the polymerization and depolymerization of microtubules are very important for the normal production of TNF-α, in which the polymerization function of TNF-α synthesis in particular important. In addition, fibroblast polymerization inhibitor cytochalasin B also slightly inhibited the production of TNF-α, indicating that fibroblasts are also involved in the regulation of TNF-α synthesis.
