目的:探讨医院消毒供应中心消毒隔离工作目前存在的问题及解决对策。方法:2008年1月～2009年1月为消毒供应中心的传统管理阶段,共发生护理差错事故166例,设为对照组;2009年1月～2010年1月实施消毒供应中心消毒隔离工作综合性管理,共发生消毒隔离工作护理差错事故72例,设为研究组。分析、比较两组护理差错事故发生原因,以提出合理的解决策略。结果:研究组除设备的日常维护不规范外,其余因素引起的护理差错事故发生例数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:操作人员素质低、管理水平低及全流程控制不当,是目前医院消毒供应中心消毒隔离工作存在的主要问题,应加强管理、增加培训、完善流程,有效改善这些现实问题。
Objective: To discuss the existing problems and countermeasures of disinfection and isolation in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods: From January 2008 to January 2009, as the traditional management phase of disinfection supply center, a total of 166 cases of nursing errors occurred, which were set as the control group. From January 2009 to January 2010, the disinfection and supply center disinfection and isolation work integrated Sex management, a total of 72 cases of disinfection and isolation work nursing errors, set as the research group. Analysis and comparison of the causes of nursing mistakes occurred in the two groups in order to propose a reasonable solution strategy. Results: Except for routine maintenance of equipment, the number of cases of nursing mistakes caused by other factors were all lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The low quality and low management level of the operators and the improper control of the whole process are the main problems in the disinfection and isolation work of the hospital disinfection supply center at present. Management, training, perfection of procedures and effective improvement of these practical problems should be strengthened.
