目的:探讨巡回护理在精神科护理安全管理中的应用价值,方法:对我院精神科2016年5月间至2017年5月间(巡回护理实施后)收治的精神病患者167例进行回顾性分析,设为研究组.另取2015年5月间至2016年5月间(巡回护理实施前)我院收治的精神病患者162例作为对照组.对照组采取常规护理安全管理,研究组在此基础上实施巡回护理,比较两组风险事件发生率.结果:研究组风险事件发生率(5.39％)较对照组(14.81％)更低(P＜0.05).结论:在精神科护理安全管理过程中通过实施巡回护理有利于降低风险事件发生率,避免患者出现安全意外.","Objective To explore the application value of touring nursing in the nursing safety management of psychiatric department Method A retrospective analysis of 167 psychiatric patients from May 2016 to May 2017 in the Department of psychiatry in our hospital was reviewed, set it up as a study group. In addition, 162 psychotic patients were treated as the control group from May 2015 to May 2016 (before the implementation of the touring nursing). The control group adopted the routine nursing safety management, and the research group carried out the touring nursing on this basis, and compared the incidence of two groups of risk events. Results The incidence of risk events in the study group (5.39％) was lower than that of the control group (14.81％) (P＜0.05). Condusion The implementation of touring nursing in the process of nursing safety management in the psychiatric department is beneficial to reduce the incidence of risk events and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
