患者女,53岁。因体检时发现右侧腰腹部包块来我院进 一步检查。超声示:右肾上方见一7.9cm×5.3cm×6.0cm 低回声包块,形态尚规则,边界清,有包膜,内部回声较均匀 (图1),该包块与肝及右肾分界清楚;彩色多普勒于包块内测及 静脉血流信号。超声诊断:右侧腹膜后实性占位。CT诊断 Female patient, 53 years old.
