为了解小型人工湖泊水体地球化学昼夜变化特征对其水环境的指示作用,以西南大学崇德湖为研究对象,在冬、夏两季对崇德湖水温、pH值、溶解氧、电导率,以及光照强度和光合有效辐射进行自动监测,并对水样中的总细菌及总大肠菌群数量进行分析,研究发现:崇德湖水化学类型为HCO3-Ca型,水物理化学特征呈现出较为明显的昼夜变化,pH值、溶解氧在冬、夏季均呈现白天上升夜晚下降的特征,电导率则呈现白天下降夜晚上升的特征.水物理化学昼夜变化的季节差异有统计学意义,夏季水体的溶解氧、pH值午后便出现峰值,水物理化学指标的变异系数较冬季增大.崇德湖水物理化学的昼夜变化以及冬、夏差异表明,以校园湖泊为代表的小型人工湖泊较生态环境良好的天然湖泊具有溶解氧和电导率平均值较高、水体微生物作用突出等特征.

The results showed that the water chemistry type of Chongde Lake was HCO3-Ca type, and the physicochemical characteristics of water showed obvious Diurnal variation of pH, dissolved oxygen in winter and summer showed the characteristics of night falling and night falling, while the conductivity showed the characteristics of night falling and night rising.The seasonal difference of diurnal variation of water physico-chemical was statistically significant, The peak value of oxygen and pH value appeared in the afternoon, and the coefficient of variation of physico-chemical indexes of water increased more than that in winter.The diurnal variation of summer physico-chemical and the difference of winter and summer in Zonta Lake showed that the small artificial lake represented by the campus lake had better ecological environment Natural lakes have the characteristics of high average value of dissolved oxygen and electric conductivity and prominent role of microorganisms in water bodies.
