本文对一台内直径为1000mm、设计压力为31.4MPa的带有厚度与筒体不相等半球形封头热套高压容器进行了强度研究,建立了综合考虑半球形封头成形过程中的厚度变化和加强箍与半球形封头贴合质量的有限元应力分析模型,应力计算值和实测值相当吻合,连接接头处没有显著的应力集中现象,加强箍与半球形封头之间圆柱面的贴合质量对容器应力的影响很小,制造时应严格控制锥面的贴合质量。
