采用具有不饱和官能团的钛酸酯偶联剂105对碳酸钙原位改性,研究了改性碳酸钙对辐射交联三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)力学性能的影响。通过红外光谱、Kraus方程、交联密度研究了改性碳酸钙同辐射交联EPDM间的相互作用,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了改性碳酸钙在辐射交联EPDM中的分散形貌。结果表明,在辐射交联EPDM中改性碳酸钙与基体间产生了较强相互作用力,提高了复合材料的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和邵尔A硬度,使碳酸钙在辐射交联EPDM中具有了补强性。
In situ modification of calcium carbonate with titanate coupling agent 105 with unsaturated functional groups, the effect of modified calcium carbonate on the mechanical properties of radiation cross-linked EPDM rubber was studied. The interaction between modified calcium carbonate and radiation cross-linked EPDM was studied by infrared spectroscopy, Kraus equation and cross-linking density. The dispersion morphology of modified calcium carbonate in radiation cross-linked EPDM was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that there is a strong interaction between the modified calcium carbonate and the matrix in the radiation cross-linked EPDM to improve the tensile strength, 100% modulus and Shore A hardness of the composites, EPDM has a reinforcement.
