由华南理工大学化工研究所研究开发的空心环管壳式换热器技术近期已在金陵石化公司烷基苯厂的脱氢装置的联合进料-反应产物换热器的改造工程中应用。改造项目投资约30万元,原换热器底部加长1.5m空心环支承的双面低翅片管换热器后,传热负荷达19.7MW,比原工况提高697kW,节约燃料油420t/a节约油费26万元/a,获得了显著的节能降耗效果。该项改造工程通过了金陵石油化工公司主持的技术鉴定。
The hollow shell and tube heat exchanger technology researched and developed by South China University of Chemical Technology has recently been applied in the retrofit of the co-feed-reaction product heat exchanger of the dehydrogenation unit of the alkylbenzene plant of Jinling Petrochemical Company. Transformation project investment of 300000 yuan, the original heat exchanger at the bottom of the extension of 1.5m hollow ring support double-sided low finned tube heat exchanger, heat load up to 19.7MW, 697kW than the original condition, saving fuel oil 420t / a oil savings 260,000 yuan / a, access to a significant energy saving effect. The renovation project passed the technical appraisal conducted by Jinling Petrochemical Company.
