His article entitled “unfair drinking rules” for the Chinese restaurant industry suffered from “ On January 9, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Industry, ”Catering Industry 6 Unfair Terms and Conditions" and the Supreme Court Affirmative Judicial Interpretation related issues done in-depth analysis. It is pointed out that many unfair market transactions in the catering industry in mainland China have long been a product of the unfavorable market environment with Chinese characteristics. They think that the behaviors of government departments and national judicial organs have played a role of human-efficiency management in government functions and have protected consumers,
