针对空间曲线分模模锻曲轴在模锻过程中充形困难,提出了在预锻中的凹形、楔形、凸形三种连皮形状;利用UG建立预、终锻件三维CAD模型,并利用DEFROM-3D比较了三种连皮对曲轴预、终锻成形的影响。对比发现,凸形连皮为该种曲轴模锻成形的最优连皮,并在此基础上优化了凸形连皮的参数。
In view of the difficulty of filling the crankshaft in the process of die forging in the space curve, three kinds of concaves, concavities, wedges and convex shapes in the preforming process were proposed. Three dimensional CAD models of preform and final forgings were established by using UG DEFROM-3D compares the effect of three coams on crankshaft pre-final forging. It is found that the convex skin is the optimal skin for the crankshaft die forging and the parameters of the convex skin are optimized.
