鋼粒鑽进目前对我們仍然是一項新的技术,对它的操作方法和鑽进规律还沒有摸索出一套比較完整的經驗。为了进一步研究这一方面的实际經驗,願將我們实际工作中的体会写出与大家商榷。一、有关鋼粒鑽进的技術規範問題 1.投砂方法:鋼粒鑽进的投砂方法和数量的多少取决于所鑽岩石硬度、可鑽性和鋼粒質量。岩石愈硬鋼粒質量愈善,消耗量則愈多。但是如投入的鋼粒过多,则其比鑽粒更易于磨耗岩心管和岩心,同时有碍效率的提高。因此在硬岩层鑽进中适于采用多次投砂法,而在較软岩层中,可采用一次投砂法,其数量以能滿足囘次提鑽長度需要为原則。

First, the technical specifications of the drilling of steel 1. Casting method: shot blasting sand method and the amount of how much depends on the rock hardness, drillability and the quality of steel. The harder the rock, the better the quality of the grains and the more consumption. However, if too much steel is thrown in, it is more susceptible to abrasion of the core tube and core than the drill bit while hindering an increase in efficiency. Therefore, it is appropriate to adopt multiple sand casting methods when drilling in hard rock formations. In relatively soft rock formations, a sand casting method may be adopted, and the number can meet the principle of requiring the length of backhoe drillings.
