用光学金相、透射电镜和X射线衍射技术对3004铝合金铸轧板均匀化后的组织和织构进行了分析。发现随均匀化温度的升高,MnA1_6析出相尺寸变大,颗粒尺寸在1~3μm之间;用ODF(SpaceorientatfonDistributionFunCtion)分析技术测算了该板材的织构。可明显看出580℃均匀化处理后,保持原有织构,且有向再结晶织构(即{100}<001>织构)转变的趋势;620℃均匀化处理后,部分原有织构得以保留,存在有{100}<001>织构,同时有{l12}<111>向{100}<001>的织构转变。还发现析出相颗粒的形成对织构的转变有一定的抑制作用。
The microstructure and texture of 3004 aluminum alloy cast strip were analyzed by optical metallography, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It is found that with the increase of homogenization temperature, the precipitated phase of MnAl_6 becomes larger and the particle size is between 1 ~ 3μm. The texture of the plate is measured by ODF (Spacerientaton Distribution Distribution Analysis) technique. It can be clearly seen that after 580 ° C homogenization treatment, the original texture is maintained and the orientation of the recrystallized texture (ie, {100} <001> texture) is changed. After the homogenization treatment at 620 ° C, The structure is preserved, there is {100} <001> texture, and {l12} <111> to {100} <001> texture changes. It was also found that the formation of precipitated phase particles on the texture of a certain degree of inhibition.
