依据《内蒙古自治区哲学社会科学优秀成果评选和奖励办法》(内蒙古自治区人民政府令第139号)和《赤峰市人民政府关于开展赤峰市社会科学优秀成果评选和奖励工作的通知》(赤政字[2011]14号)精神,赤峰市自2011年起开展社会科学优秀成果评选和奖励工作。该奖项为政府奖,是赤峰市社会科学类的最高奖项,每两年评选一次。首届赤峰市社会科学优秀成果政府奖已于2011年10月评选完成,其中一等奖5项,二等奖16项,三等奖41项。现将获得二等奖的其中八位作者及作品介绍给读者,希望以此唤起全市社科工作者的共鸣,向获奖者学习,更好地发挥哲学社会科学认识世界、传承文明、创新理论、资政育人、服务社会的重要功能,深入实践,多出精品力作,为繁荣和发展我市哲学社会科学事业,推动我市文化大发展大繁荣,促进我市经济社会全面进步作出新的更大的贡献。
