自连锁经营模式进入中国以来,短短二十年时间,已取得了巨大的成绩,连锁经营模式辐射了各行各业,连锁店的拓展更是来势汹汹。在快速发展的同时也呈现了一系列如经营模式不成熟、地方保护主义、人才缺乏等问题,特别是人才需求与供给方面的矛盾,越来越成为制约我国连锁行业健康发展的瓶颈。采取果断措施,建立相应机制,进行人才培养,提升人才的数量和质量,成为业界共同关注的焦点。
Since entering the chain management mode in China, it has achieved great success in just 20 years. The chain management mode has radiated all walks of life and the expansion of chain stores is even more raging. At the same time, the rapid development also presents a series of problems such as the immature business model, the lack of local protectionism and the shortage of qualified personnel. In particular, the contradiction between the demand and supply of qualified personnel has become the bottleneck restricting the healthy development of China’s chain industry. To take decisive measures to establish the appropriate mechanism for personnel training, improve the quantity and quality of personnel, has become the focus of common concern of the industry.
