餐饮具是传播消化道传染病的重要途径,做好餐饮具消毒工作是把住“病从口入”、保证就餐安全,减少食源性疾患的重要措施。为此我们于1996~1997年进行了餐饮具消毒效果的监测,并对监测结果进行了分析。
