鹿蹄草是北方一种常绿的野生花卉。利用石蜡切片法对鹿蹄草(PyrolacallianthaH.)根状茎、叶片进行了形态解剖学研究,同时观察了其叶片表皮形态。结果表明:鹿蹄草的解剖结构和叶片表皮形态与其常绿抗寒的特性之间有很强的相关性。研究结果为鹿蹄草积累了组织结构资料,为这种野生花卉在北方地区的开发、利用提供了理论基础。
Wintergreen is an evergreen wild flower in the north. Morphology and anatomy of rhizomes and leaves of Pyrolacalliant haH. Were studied by paraffin section method. Morphology of leaf epidermis was also observed. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the anatomical structure and the morphology of the leaf epidermis and its evergreen and cold resistance. The result of the research is that the tissue culture information has been accumulated in the wintergreen and provides the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of this wild flower in the northern area.
