《女职工劳动保护特别规定》是于2012年4月28日由国务院发布的,这份规定在我国推行了两年的时间,那么现在企业女职工的劳动权益是否得到了更好的保护,《女职工劳动保护特别规定》在实施过程中又遇到哪些问题,应该要如何维护自己的合法权益,这些都是探讨的关键。在实际工作中,努力贯彻《女职工劳动保护特别规定》的相关内容,实现女职工在工作中的发展,发挥工会女职工组织作用,有利于构建和谐的工作氛围。
