隐喻普遍存在于我们的日常生活中,概念隐喻是在认知语言学基础上发展起来的理论,是用一个范畴的概念去解释另一个范畴的概念。颜色是人类对外部世界的一种认知方式,当我们用颜色的基本范畴去表达其他认知域时,便形成了颜色隐喻认知。本文通过对英汉颜色习语的概念隐喻进行对比,为该领域的语言学研究提供新思路以及提升其理论高度。 Metaphor is ubiquitous in our daily life. Conceptual metaphor is a theory developed on the basis of cognitive linguistics. It uses the concept of one category to explain the concept of another category. Color is a kind of human cognition to the external world. When we use the basic category of color to express other cognitive domains, we form a color metaphorical cognition. By comparing the conceptual metaphors of color idioms in English and Chinese, this article provides new ideas and theoretical perspectives for linguistic studies in this field.
