目的:研究荨麻科苎麻属植物苎麻叶的化学成分。方法:利用95%的乙醇室温浸提,运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20及半制备HPLC方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及各种波谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果:从石油醚、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇萃取部位分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为kiwiionoside(1),eugenyl β-rutinoside(2),尿嘧啶(3),胡萝卜苷(4),3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(5),胆甾醇(6),α-香树脂醇(7)。结论:化合物1~3,5~7为首次从苎麻属植物分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of ramie leaves of Urticaceae. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC with 95% ethanol at room temperature. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties and various spectral methods. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts. They were kiwiionoside (1), eugenyl β-rutinoside (2), uracil (3), daucosterol 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (5), cholesterol (6), α-amyrin (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3,5 ~ 7 were isolated from ramie genus for the first time.
