目的:研究优质护理服务模式对降低病房红灯率的方法与作用。方法:随机选取我院4个科室进行优质护理服务模式,比较优质护理服务模式实施前后科室病人的满意率以及红灯率。结果:实行优质护理服务模式之前对护理态度与护理方式的满意度分别为:78.3%、68.6%,实行优质护理服务模式以后,满意度得分分别为:91.7%,93.7%。前后科室的红灯率分别为78.25%、33.75%。实行优质护理服务模式后患者的满意度与科室的红灯率都得到了明显的改善,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:实行优质护理服务模式能够有效的降低病房红灯率,同时还能提高患者对医院护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To study the method and effect of quality nursing service mode on reducing the rate of red light in wards. Methods: Four departments of our hospital were randomly selected to conduct quality nursing service. The satisfaction rate and red light rate of departments before and after the implementation of quality nursing service mode were compared. Results: The satisfaction degree of nursing attitudes and nursing methods before implementing high quality nursing service model were 78.3% and 68.6% respectively. Satisfaction scores were 91.7% and 93.7% respectively after implementing quality nursing service mode. Before and after the department’s red light rates were 78.25%, 33.75%. Patient satisfaction and departmental red light rate have been significantly improved after the implementation of quality nursing service mode (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The implementation of quality nursing service mode can effectively reduce the ward rate of red light, but also improve patient satisfaction with hospital nursing.
