低比转数自吸泵由于自吸缘故多了几个损失,所以效率要比普通离心泵要低。要提高自吸泵的效率,可以通过试验研究,结构改进和设计计算方法的修正。其中设计方法的修正尤为重要,因为光从结构上想办法仍不能达到较高的效率,必需设计方法上的改进。增大流量设计法——即按普通离心泵速度系数设计法以增大设计流量的办法进行计算。这样设计出来的自吸泵效率可以提高。这种方法运算简便。曾参加2ZX-35自吸泵研制的有顾瑞康,蒋履祥两位讲师及南京市机械研究所王载庭工程师,高原技术员等。
