(一)近年来,我县中学语文教学质量正在稳步提高,考试成绩逐年上升:从毕业班看,1981年初中升高中入学考试,全县平均分为40.7分,82年为49.7分,83年为57.3分(120分计),84年为66.3分;高考语文成绩83年理科为48.7分,文科为55.6分,84年理科为63.7分,文科为65.2分。上述成绩的取得决不是偶然的。这是由于我们全面贯彻党的教育方针,积极开展语文教学改革;又是广大语文教师辛勤教学的结果。总结我们的经验,概括为“重实,求活、谋广”。1.重实:按照大纲要求,加强常规训练,重视知识积累,扎实打好基础,练好基本功。凡是这样做的,学生基础就稳
