山东省菏泽市地处山东省西南部,系黄泛冲击平原,农业人口776.08万人,现有耕地面积1247.94万hm2,为农业大市。市管河道节制闸数量众多,担负着大部分农田的旱能浇涝能排的任务,但因水闸运行多年、长年冻融、污水浸蚀等原因已出现裂缝,砼脱落,排架柱碳化深度达15~20 mm,混凝土结构不同程度老化破损剥落,导致水闸混凝土结构安全性与可靠度降低,直接影响了我市的农业发展。本文通过对节制闸混凝土结构进行分析,并对这些问题防治进行建议。

However, due to many reasons such as sluice operation for many years, long-term freeze-thaw and sewage erosion, there are cracks, concrete fall off, carbonization of the rack column Depth of 15 ~ 20 mm, the concrete structure of different degrees of aging damage and spalling, leading to sluice structure of the safety and reliability of concrete to reduce a direct impact on the city’s agricultural development. In this paper, the control gate of the concrete structure analysis, and prevention and control of these issues to make recommendations.
