目的 探讨胰岛素不同给药方式治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的疗效?方法 将84例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者随机分为两组各42例,研究组采取胰岛素泵持续皮下输注,对照组采取小剂量胰岛素静脉输注?记录两组患者的血糖达标时间,血?尿酮体转阴时间及低血糖发生率,同时监测患者的动脉血气分析?结果 研究组的血糖达标时间为(6.73±1.24)h,尿酮体转阴时间为(6.14±2.42)h,血酮体转阴时间为(14.92±2.72)h,低血糖发生率为7.14% ;对照组分别为(8.47±0.83)h,(15.03±3.77)h,(31.9“,”Objective To explore the effcacy of different insulin delivery methods in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were randomly divided into two groups with 42 patients each.The time of blood glucose reaching the standard,the time of urine ketone body turning negative and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups were recorded,and the arterial blood gas analysis of the patients was monitored.Results In the study group,the time of blood glucose reaching the standard was (6.73±1.24) h,the time of urine ketone body turning negative was (6.14±2.42) h,the time of blood ketone body turning negative was (14.92±2.72) h,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was 7.14%.The control group was (8.47±0.83) h,(15.03±3.77) h,(31.92±4.03) h,and 19.05% respectively.The comparison were statistically signi?cant (P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value of the study group was (7.45±0.25),the residual base was (-4.26±0.37),and HCO3 was (18.03±1.25),while the control group was (7.33±0.17),(-5.72±0.21),and (15.35±1.71).The comparison were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous infusion with insulin intravenous micropump in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can make blood reach the standard faster,turn ketone body negative,correct arterial blood gas analysis,and effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
