发展现代农业是落实科学发展观的重要体现,是建设社会主义新农村的首要任务。发展现代农业必须改变过去的小农经济状态,培育农村经济合作组织,壮大集体经济,实现农村生产关系的变革,促进农村生产的社会化,进一步提高农村生产力。培育合作组织、壮大集体经济具有重要意义。建立起培育合作组织、壮大集体经济的支撑体系。
Developing modern agriculture is an important manifestation of implementing the scientific development concept and the most important task in building a new socialist countryside.
