建立了考虑自由表面的TIG焊熔池模型,采用移动双椭球焊接热源,利用FLUENT模拟了不同电流下熔池表面的应力场,分析了不同电流时电弧压力对熔池表面变形的影响。结果表明,不同电流下TIG焊熔池表面的应力分布左右(垂直焊缝方向)对称,前后(垂直焊缝方向)不对称;熔池左右应力值呈抛物线状分布,焊缝中心处最大,熔池前后应力分布出现后拖现象,熔池前半部分应力分布比较密集,而熔池尾部应力分布比较稀疏;电流越大,应力梯度越大。在一定电流范围内,随着电流的增大,电弧压力随之增大,熔池表面变形量也越大。模拟结果与实验结果作对比,验证了模拟的正确性。
The molten pool model of TIG welding with free surface was established. The moving double ellipsoidal welding heat source was used. The stress field on the molten pool under different currents was simulated by FLUENT. The influence of arc pressure on the surface deformation of molten pool was analyzed. The results show that the stress distribution on the surface of TIG weld pool is symmetrical about the vertical weld seam direction (vertical weld seam direction) at different currents, and the front and back (vertical weld seam direction) asymmetry; the left and right stress values of the weld pool are parabolic, the weld center is the largest, The stress distribution of the pool before and after the phenomenon of drag after the phenomenon, the first half of the pool stress distribution is relatively dense, and the tail of the pool stress distribution is relatively sparse; the larger the current, the greater the stress gradient. In a certain current range, with the current increases, the arc pressure increases, the greater the surface deformation of the weld pool. Simulation results and experimental results for comparison, verify the correctness of the simulation.
